Date , Local , Time and desired package experience. 

1.Provide your P411 Handle, 

if you aren’t a P411 member please provide the following instead : 

1.1 PhotoID ( you can cover ID number and address) .

2. PROOF EMPLOYMENT: LinkedIn link or badge or business card .
+ 100$ deposit .

ALL ITEMS need to be provided if you aren’t on P411. No exemptions.
